New Features

1. Add IFS formula. It is now much easier to express many nested IF formulas, simply by collapsing the conditions into IFS.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixes a type issue with the spreadsheet component for Streamlit on Python 3.8.

2. Fixes a rare bug in unique in left and unique in right merge conditions.
