(BETA) Using Mitosheet on JupyterLab 3.0

If you want to use the newest Jupyter features, you can install Mito on JupyterLab 3.0.

Installing Mitosheet on JupyterLab 3.0

To install Mito, first open a new terminal or command prompt. Then, download the Mito installer package, which will attempt to install mito on JupyterLab 3.0:

pip install mitosheet3

Then, launch JupyterLab:

jupyter lab

If you are running these commands from JupyterLab itself, make sure to restart your Notebook Kernel, and refresh your browser page.

Once Mito is installed, you're ready to create your first Mitosheet.
